"It is my greatest pleasure to introduce the Centre for Qur’anic Studies, Bayero University, a very timely innovation which aims to promote qualitative Islamic scholarship and sound appreciation of Qur’anic studies. The Centre shall focus its activities on research, documentation, enlightenment, training and capacity building programmes. Its vision and mission have been clearly specified and the management is working passionately towards the actualization of the stated goals and objectives of the Centre.
